Overview
Limeworth X-Ray & Ultrasound is a busy, high-volume diagnostic imaging clinic. We are looking for a confident, organized, and compassionate Medical Receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple responsibilities while delivering excellent patient care.

Duties

- Greet and check in a high volume of patients efficiently and professionally
- Answer and manage multiple phone lines while assisting patients at the front desk
- Book, reschedule, and coordinate imaging appointments
- Use Velox EMR to manage patient records and workflow
- Communicate with technologists and physicians to maintain clinic flow
- Handle patient concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk workplace

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a medical office (required)
- Experience in a busy clinic or imaging center (strong asset)
- Familiarity with EMR systems (Velox preferred)
- Ability to multitask under pressure without losing accuracy
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable managing high patient volume and competing priorities.
