Responsibilities:

- Perform residential plumbing services with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Diagnose issues in office, provide accurate repair estimates, and complete jobs efficiently to meet customer needs.
- Install, maintain, and repair piping systems, plumbing fixtures, and equipment within residential properties.
- Follow safety protocols and comply with regulatory requirements.
- Educate customers on proper system maintenance and care.

Qualifications:

- 306A plumbing certification or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to handle the physical demands of the role
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional customer service skills
