Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble the solar flashing beacons and components that protect people every day. This is a great fit for someone who likes working with their hands, values a consistent schedule, and wants their Fridays off!

Key Responsibilities

- Assemble Products: Build solar flashing beacons from start to finish using hand tools and following clear guides.
- Prepare Parts: Create pre-production assemblies and organize components to keep the assembly line moving smoothly.
- Support the Team: Assist with general warehouse tasks, inventory organization, and shipping/receiving when needed.
- Maintain Safety: Keep your workstation clean, tidy, and safe at all times.

Qualifications

- Experience: Past production or warehouse experience is an asset.




- Hands-on Skills: Experience using basic hand and power tools.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to follow instructions closely to ensure high-quality builds.
- Physical Stamina: Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Reliability: Punctual and ready to start the shift at 6:00 AM.
- Team Player: Positive attitude and readiness to help out in different areas of the warehouse.
