As a on site Lot cleaner, you will report to the Senior Supervisor and the Operations Manager. You will ensure all duties are completed up to expectations, your workspace is clean and tidy, equipment is maintained and cleaned that is used in the day-to-day operations and perform other cleaning duties upon request.

Work Responsibilities and duties:

- Debris pick up (cigarette buts, garbage, any other type items) and collection from all parking and sidewalk areas
- Removing 6 garbage bins and replacing garbage liners
- Sweeping and mopping 2 elevators.
- General cleaning (sweeping, mopping, disinfecting, common area cleaning etc).
- Leaf blowing and collection in fall and spring seasons using gas/electric leaf blower

Qualifications needed to succeed:

- A Fantastic attitude
- Attention to detail
- Great communication skills with Manager & Supervisor, work colleagues and clients/clients customers.
- Able to lift up to 20-30 lbs
- Clean Criminal Record

Shift Schedule:

- Thursday to Sunday (630AM-1130AM)
- Work site located in Victoria West
