Who We're Looking For

- Licensed Hairstylists or Barbers
- Self-motivated and driven to grow your skills and your book
- Passionate about the craft and client experience

Responsibilities & Skills

- Provide professional hair cutting, styling, coloring, shaves, beard trims, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences
- Ensure all tools and workstations are maintained with the highest standards of sanitation and cleanliness,



following all health and safety standards
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Manage retail sales by educating clients, upselling hair care products and styling tools that enhance client satisfaction
- Handle front desk duties as needed including appointment scheduling, greeting clients, offering complimentary beverages, and managing check-in/check-out processes
- Maintain clear communication with clients throughout their service to ensure a positive experience
- Stay current on trends, techniques, and product knowledge through ongoing education
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive salon culture
- Participate in community events and team activities
- Manage appointment bookings and time efficiently to stay on schedule
