We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Construction Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor landscapes, ensuring the highest of standards of quality and safety. This role offers opportunities for growth, leadership, and hands-on work in a dynamic environment focused on landscape maintenance, gardening and horticulture.

Responsibilities:

-Having knowledge of grounds maintenance and construction excavation

-Assist with landscaping projects such as construction, installation and renovation of outdoor features.

-Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition through routine cleaning and servicing.

-Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and environmental standards.

-Proven experience in landscape maintenance and construction projects.

-Ability to operate all landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.

-Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.





-Physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions.

-Effective Communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients

-Valid drivers’ licence with a min 3-year experience driving and a clean abstract.

-Own transportation, this position is ideal for individuals passionate about outdoor environments, with a focus on quality workmanship and team leadership. Applicants should demonstrate a solid work ethic, technical expertise in landscape care, and a commitment to safety standards.

-Proven grading, sodding skills.

- Operate skid steer, front end loader and min excavator knowledge an asset.

-Snow plowing experience will be given first consideration.

Starting salary based on experience. Company benefits available to the right candidate.

Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
