We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lumper to join Stafingo for a warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently loading, unloading, and organizing freight within the warehouse environment. Your expertise in heavy equipment operation, warehouse distribution, and order picking will ensure smooth and safe operations. Responsibilities

- Load and unload shipments using heavy equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, cranes, and other machinery
- Safely operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, cranes, and load & unload trucks while adhering to safety protocols
- Assist with order picking and packing to prepare items for shipment or storage
- Organize inventory within the warehouse using warehouse management systems (WMS) for accurate tracking




- Support shipping & receiving activities by verifying inbound and outbound loads
- Conduct heavy lifting tasks regularly while maintaining proper ergonomic practices
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of all warehouse distribution tasks

Qualifications

- Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is highly preferred
- Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation such as forklifts, cranes, clamp trucks, and other machinery
- Valid certification for forklift operation; crane and clamp truck certifications are a plus
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar inventory tracking tools
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Construction or logistics experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- Strong understanding of shipping & receiving procedures along with load & unload processes
