Duties

- Operate laundry machines and equipment efficiently to process linens, towels, uniforms, and other textiles with precision and care
- Sort, fold, and organize laundry items according to hotel standards and guest needs
- Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas, ensuring all tools and machines are sanitized and well-maintained
- Monitor inventory levels of laundry supplies and notify management when restocking is needed
- Follow safety protocols during all laundry procedures to prevent accidents or equipment damage
- Assist with light cleaning duties in guest areas as needed to support overall hotel cleanliness




- Ensure timely completion of laundry cycles to meet operational deadlines and guest expectations

Skills

- Previous hotel experience is highly preferred, providing familiarity with hospitality standards
- Solid knowledge of laundry processes, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and stain removal techniques
- Excellent cleaning skills with an eye for detail to uphold hygiene standards
- Ability to operate laundry machinery safely and efficiently
- Good physical stamina for standing, lifting, bending, and moving heavy loads throughout shifts
- Clear communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining a clean environment
