Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable Data Center Cleaner to join our commercial facilities maintenance team. This role is responsible for maintaining critical infrastructure spaces, technical rooms, and supporting facility areas to strict cleanliness and safety standards. The successful candidate will perform routine and specialized commercial cleaning duties in controlled environments while following established facility safety and security procedures.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Perform routine and specialized cleaning of data center facilities, server rooms, electrical rooms, and supporting infrastructure using commercial cleaning equipment and approved cleaning methods.
- Maintain controlled environments, including technical flooring, equipment perimeters, offices, break rooms, washrooms, and common facility areas in accordance with site requirements.
- Remove waste and replace liners in accordance with site procedures.
- Inspect assigned work areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and organization.
- Maintain accurate logs of completed cleaning duties, shift checklists, and site reports as required.
- Follow all workplace health and safety policies, site access procedures, and security protocols.
- Safely operate, clean,



and maintain commercial cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Work independently and collaboratively with supervisors and team members to complete assigned duties efficiently.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning, industrial cleaning, facilities maintenance, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working in data centers, technical facilities, warehouses, manufacturing plants, healthcare facilities, or commercial buildings is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning procedures, equipment, and workplace safety practices.
- Physical ability to perform manual cleaning tasks, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a skilled work ethic.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to successfully complete any required background screening and comply with facility security requirements.
- Ability to work safely while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in a secure environment.

Pay: $20.00-$20.50 per hour
