Busy mirror and shower door manufacturer requires data entry specialist who is accurate, has great attention to detail is good with fractions and math. Experience with AutoCAD an asset. Must have extensive experience with Excel. Monday to Friday 8 to 4:30 with occasional Saturday overtime. Most of our staff have been with us for over 10 years. Minimal education of High School diploma.

Experience with Microsoft Excel

2 years minimum experience working in an office environment is preferred.

Day to Day duties include but not limited to

* creating work orders to put into production

*communication with customers for change orders





*communication with our installers to ensure proper measurements for production in case of discrepancy.

*communication with production staff for product timelines to meet install deadlines

*communication with shipping staff to arrange on time product deliveries

This position is a stepping stone that will lead to full inclusion in our dispatch department where you will have the chance to grow into an area lead and look after the scheduling of multifamily construction projects for our scope of work from start to finish. It is a good long term job with competitive rates of pay.

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
