Duties:
- Wash dishes, flatware, pots,



and pans using dishwashing equipment.
- Ensure that all dishes are properly cleaned and sanitized according to health and safety regulations
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Help the cooks and kitchen staff with various tasks as requested
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including sweeping.
- Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly
- Adhere to proper food handling procedures
