As a Service Writer, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations in our equipment repair shop. Duties:
- Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document their machine issues
- Communicate with mechanics to ensure timely and efficient repairs
- Provide customers with detailed estimates for repairs and explain the recommended services
- Schedule appointments for service
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and repair orders

-Warranty Claims

Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust




- Strong sales abilities to effectively communicate the value of recommended services
