Position Overview

The Marketing Assistant will support brand development, digital marketing initiatives, and overall market expansion efforts.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking hands-on experience in the renewable energy and mobility sectors within a startup environment. The position offers flexible arrangements and is suitable for students or professionals seeking part-time opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the development and execution of branding and marketing campaigns
- Manage and create content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Support the creation of marketing materials (brochures, product sheets, promotional videos)
- Assist in organizing trade shows and marketing events
- Monitor data analysis (such as views and conversion rates) to optimize operational strategies.
- Cross-border cooperation, contact KOL/KOC and industry media for joint promotion to expand brand influence.

Qualifications

Required

- College diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 3 years of marketing experience (strong recent graduates will be considered)
- Familiarity with social media management and basic digital advertising
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe, or similar design tools
- Strong written communication skills in English and highly sensitive to data
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a startup environment
- Legally authorized to work in Canada

Preferred

- Experience in renewable energy, electric mobility, or technology product marketing
- Video editing or content creation skills
- Bilingual (English / Mandarin)
