Toyota Tsusho Canada, Inc. (TTCI) located in Cambridge, ON currently has a contract opportunity for the position of Account Representative. The contract will be approximately 7 months in length.

This position would be responsible for the following (non-inclusive) duties:

- Manage sales orders and purchase orders, and support the completion of both
- Manage all order confirmations from suppliers
- Send open order lists to suppliers and update in accordance with their responses
- Ensure requests for purchase of goods and services received are supported through to completion.
- Expediting orders with suppliers upon customers request
- Any issues with orders such as quarantine and customer returns
- Manage issues relating to chemical documents, pricing, delivery issues, refusal, and/or detention times




- Contribute to customer service and process improvement by providing supplier performance where required
- Other sales, purchasing, logistics, or administration-related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

- Post-Secondary Education an asset
- Sales and/or customer service experience in a business environment
- Experience with JDE or equivalent ERP system an asset
- Adept in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have valid driver’s license and be able to travel if needed
- Strong data entry, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks efficiently
