We're looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, staying organized, and keeping things moving when the day gets busy.

This isn't a job where you sit behind a desk waiting for something to happen. You'll be helping customers, creating work orders, looking up parts, and working with our team to keep things running smoothly.

No two days are exactly the same, and that's what makes it interesting.

What you'll be doing

- Greeting customers with a smile and making them feel welcome.
- Answering phones and checking voicemails.
- Creating and managing service work orders.
- Looking up parts using manufacturer parts diagrams.
- Helping customers with parts and service inquiries.
- Ordering parts and communicating with suppliers and manufacturers.
- Working with contractors, landscapers, municipalities, commercial businesses, and homeowners.
- Processing invoices and payments.
- Keeping customer files and paperwork organized.
- Supporting our service and parts departments wherever needed.
- Pitching in as part of the team because that's just how we do things.

Experience in a shop setting, customer service, administration, or another role where you've balanced multiple responsibilities is considered an asset, but it isn't required. We'd much rather hire someone with a outstanding attitude, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to learn than someone who knows everything on day one.
