What the role looks like:

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will support the Store Manager with the day-to-day operations of the store while providing guidance and support to team members throughout the shift. As a Supervisor, you will help ensure the store runs smoothly, remains organized, and continues to deliver the positive customer experience Liquor Plus is known for.

The successful candidate will be confident working independently, comfortable supporting a team, and able to balance exceptional customer service with daily operational responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example, helping others succeed, and taking the next step in their retail leadership career.

This role requiresfull time flexibility and availabilityto work either closings, openings, weekends, weekdays and Statutory holidays.

What you’ll be doing:

- Greeting customers and providing knowledgeable,



friendly service
- Supporting team members throughout the shift and assisting with customer concerns
- Opening and closing the store, including cash handling and alarm procedures
- Assisting with shift planning and assigning daily tasks
- Overseeing cash procedures and end-of-day reconciliations
- Receiving deliveries, stocking shelves, and maintaining store presentation
- Monitoring signage, pricing, inventory, and overall store organization
- Following liquor regulations, company policies, and WorkSafeBC standards
- Supporting loss prevention through awareness and customer engagement

What we’re looking for:

- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or a leadership role would be considered an asset
- Comfortable handling cash, supporting a team, and working independently
- Someone who is reliable, organized, approachable, and leads by example
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Must be 19+ and hold a valid Serving It Right certificate

Working conditions:

On your feet for most of the shift, with regular lifting (up to 25 lbs). This is a physically active role that requires multitasking and staying organized in a fast-paced retail environment.

Pay: $22.20-$24.20 per hour
