Capri Gelateria is looking for a Store Manager for our Ancaster, ON location. The Store Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the store including sales, inventory management, customer service, and organizational support.

Responsibilities

- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Maintain high quality product through proper merchandising
- Supervise staff to ensure store is running smoothly and efficiently
- Demonstrate understanding of customers’ needs and preferences
- Monitor store inventory to ensure quality and quantity requirements are met
- Deal with any issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.)
- Report all issues, complaints etc to office or management to ensure resolution
- Stay updated with recent products and services
- Comply with all policies and procedures in relation to job description

Skills & Requirements

- Proven work experience as a Retail Manager, Store Manager, or similar role




- Hands on experience with inventory control and sales principles
- Familiarity with new products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage large amounts of people at different levels in the organization
- Data processing skills

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week

Education:

- Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

- Customer Service: 3 years (required)

- French (preferred)
