Kereshmah Beauty + Laser is an established beauty salon that has been serving clients in Toronto for more than six years. Throughout this time, we have welcomed over 15,000 clients and built a loyal community around skilled service, personalized care and natural-looking beauty results.

We are located in the heart of Yorkville and are continuing to grow our services and team. As the demand for our lash and brow services increases, we are looking for an experienced Lash Extension Artist who would like to build a long-term position within a friendly, professional and growing beauty business.

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Pay: Hourly or commission-based, depending on experience and arrangement
Compensation Options: Competitive hourly pay, commission or a hybrid structure may be discussed based on experience, skill level, availability and range of services.

Responsibilities:

- Perform professional classic, hybrid and volume lash-extension services




- Perform lash fills, removals and customized lash styling
- Assess clients’ natural lashes and recommend suitable lengths, curls, thicknesses and styles
- Maintain proper isolation and protect the health of clients’ natural lashes
- Follow high standards of cleanliness, sanitation and tool disinfection
- Consult with clients and explain proper lash-extension aftercare
- Create a warm, professional and polished client experience
- Keep the lash station clean, organized and fully prepared for appointments
- Take clear before-and-after photos of completed work
- Support rebooking, client retention and product recommendations when appropriate

Requirements:

- At least two years of professional lash-extension experience is preferred
- Professional lash-extension training or certification
- Strong skills in classic, hybrid and volume lash extensions
- Strong isolation, styling and adhesive-control skills
- Ability to create clean, symmetrical and properly applied lash sets
- Knowledge of proper sanitation, disinfection and lash-safety standards
- Professional, friendly, reliable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a beauty team
- Weekend availability is required
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada

Additional Experience Considered an Asset:

- Mega-volume lash extensions
- Keratin lash lifts and lash tinting
- Brow shaping, threading, waxing or mapping
- Brow tinting, henna or hybrid dye
- Brow lamination
- Other aesthetician or beauty services
