Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems, such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering and processing payments
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards by following proper food handling procedures and cleanliness protocols
- Assist in food preparation or setup when needed to support kitchen staff during busy periods




- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain a clean, organized work station and ensure all dining areas are welcoming and well-maintained

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with strong guest service skills
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for order entry and cashiering functions
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and billing purposes
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests, team members, and kitchen staff
- Demonstrated hospitality mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to upsell menu items to enhance guest experience
