Are you a licensed 310T or 310J Technician looking for a premium weekend schedule with four days off every week? Would you like to work 36 hours per week and get paid for 40 ?

We're expanding and looking for experienced technicians to perform preventative maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on a diverse fleet of commercial trucks and trailers. You'll work in a clean, state-of-the-art facility and report to an experienced Shift Foreman who values teamwork, quality workmanship, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

- Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing
- Complete CVIP inspections and safety inspections
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and air brake systems
- Troubleshoot complex engine and after-treatment system issues
- Maintain accurate repair and inspection records
- Work safely while contributing to a positive, team-oriented shop environment

Qualifications

Required

- Valid 310T or 310J Journeyperson License
- CVIP Inspection License, or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license that meets company insurance requirements
- Own professional tools
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, particularly with after-treatment systems
- Availability to work the weekend shift

Preferred





- Air conditioning and refrigeration experience
- Experience using Cummins INSITE or similar diagnostic software
- DZ or AZ commercial driver's license

Compensation & Benefits

- $48.00–$57.00 per hour
- Base wage: $48.00–$50.00/hour
- Weekend premium and performance top-up increase total earnings to $51.00–$57.00/hour

- Paid for 40 hours while working 36 hours
- Annual tool allowance
- Annual boot allowance

Schedule

- Friday to Sunday
- 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Three 12.5-hour shifts (30-minute unpaid lunch)
- Work 36 hours and get paid for 40
- Four consecutive days off every week
- Optional overtime available

- Seven drive-through service bays
- Full-service inspection pit
- Wash bay
- Overhead crane
- No vehicle lifts in mechanic bays
- Shop-based work only — no mobile service calls
