We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Line Operator to join our team. This is a full-time position that combines Quality Assurance responsibilities with Line Operator duties.

Job Responsibilities

- Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail throughout the production process.
- Follow quality, safety, and production procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding quality or production concerns.
- Rotate into a Line Operator position in Copack when not assigned to Quality Assurance.
- Maintain a clean, protected, and organized work area.
- Support the team in meeting production and quality goals.





Requirements

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
- Must be available to work both day and afternoon shifts as required.
- Previous manufacturing, production, or quality experience is an asset but not required.

Pay: $18.40 per hour
