Job description:

Our employees are at the forefront of everything we do, as we grow, our assembly department is in need of a Mechanical Assembly Technician. This permanent full-time position will be based out of our Ancaster, ON. location.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assemble truck bodies, equipment, and mechanical components
- Bolt, fit, and install assemblies and parts
- Perform basic 12V/24V electrical wiring and component installation
- Install water lines,



hoses, belts, and electric tarp systems
- Read and follow assembly drawings, schematics, blueprints, and work instructions
- Support equipment testing, troubleshooting, and quality inspections
- Work closely with assembly, electrical, hydraulics, engineering, and service teams

Qualifications:

- 2–5 years of mechanical assembly or equipment assembly experience
- Experience with trucks, trailers, heavy equipment, agriculture, construction equipment, or manufacturing
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and schematics
- General mechanical assembly experience is required
- Basic electrical experience with 12V/24V systems is considered an asset
- Physically fit and comfortable in a hands-on shop environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and within a team
