Responsibilities

- Thoroughly wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold food safety standards.
- Assist with basic food preparation and meal assembly under supervision to support kitchen operations.
- Maintain cleanliness in all kitchen areas, including counters, floors, sinks, and storage spaces.
- Organize and store clean dishes and kitchen supplies efficiently for easy access.
- Support food handling procedures by following proper sanitation protocols during meal prep.




- Help with waste disposal and recycling to ensure a tidy and environmentally friendly workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours.

Experience

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Familiarity with basic cooking techniques, food handling practices, and safety standards is advantageous.
