Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Dispatcher / Freight Broker to join our dynamic logistics team. Responsibilities

- Coordinate and schedule freight shipments, ensuring timely pickup and delivery across multiple regions
- Negotiate rates and terms with carriers, leveraging strong negotiation skills to secure optimal agreements
- Maintain clear communication with customers, carriers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations
- Manage data entry related to shipment details and tracking information




- Develop and nurture customer relationships through proactive account management
- Monitor freight status and troubleshoot issues promptly to minimize delays or disruptions in the supply chain
- Collaborate with third-party logistics providers to streamline transportation processes and improve service levels

Qualifications

- Proven experience in freight brokerage, dispatching, or supply chain management
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms for all parties involved
- Excellent customer relationship management (CRM) abilities to foster long-term partnerships
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
