Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Iron Worker to join our dynamic team. This role involves assembling, installing, and maintaining structural steel frameworks and reinforcing bars used in various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent mechanical aptitude, and a passion for building durable structures that stand the test of time.

Responsibilities

- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately assemble steel frameworks and reinforcement structures.
- Install rebar and other reinforcing materials to strengthen concrete structures, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Operate heavy equipment such as cranes, hoists, and forklifts to lift and position steel components efficiently.




- Use hand tools and power tools to cut, weld, drill, and assemble metal parts with precision.
- Conduct routine inspections of steel structures during construction to ensure quality control and safety adherence.

Skills

- Strong mechanical knowledge of tools, equipment, and construction materials used in steel erection.
- Proficiency in rebar installation, concrete forming, welding, and blueprint reading.
- Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and effectively in a construction environment.
- Skilled in using hand tools such as hammers, chisels, grinders as well as power tools like drills and saws.
- Knowledge of schematics and technical drawings for precise assembly work.
- Capable of heavy lifting and performing physically demanding tasks consistently.
