Duties

- Analyze customer needs to identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services that enhance their experience
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to handle complex situations effectively




- Support sales efforts by promoting relevant offerings through friendly and persuasive conversations
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues promptly and share insights for continuous improvement

Requirements

- Bilingual proficiency in English or French;
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related roles is preferred but not mandatory
- Demonstrated analysis skills to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional demeanor during interactions
