Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across various facilities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience in cleaning and facilities maintenance, with a strong commitment to quality and efficiency and staff supervision. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a professional setting while developing valuable skills in commercial cleaning and maintenance.

Duties

- Supervise and coordinate the work of light duty or specialized cleaners
- Recommend or arrange for additional services required such as painting, repair work, renovations or replacement of furnishings and equipment
- Conduct routine facilities maintenance such as replacing light bulbs, restocking supplies, and minor repairs as needed
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and stored properly after use
- Follow established cleaning protocols and schedules to ensure consistent quality across all spaces
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly




- Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment

Qualifications

- Prior experience in cleaning, commercial cleaning, or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks which may include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Valid Drivers License Required
- Reliability and punctuality are essential qualities for success in this role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 per hour
