Job Summary:

The production Supervisor oversees daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards. This role leads production staff, coordinates workflow, resolves production issues, and supports continuous improvement initiatives.

Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:30pm to 12am

Keys Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily production activities and employees.
- Ensure production schedules and customer deadlines are met.
- Monitor product quality and compliance with company standards.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Train, coach, and evaluate production personnel.
- Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams.
- Monitor production KPIs and prepare performance reports.




- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste

Qualifications:

- 2-3 years of manufacturing experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Microsoft office.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and health & safety practices.

Reports to:

- Production Manager / Operations Manager

Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour

Experience:

- Wire Harness Assembly: 2 years (required)
