ABOUT THE ROLE

La Maison Monaco is a growing multi-brand watch and jewelry group. Bijouterie Monaco is hiring a Client Advisor — not a Sales Associate: someone who facilitates the client journey and builds lasting relationships, rather than simply moving product.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Welcome every client and conduct a genuine needs discovery before presenting product
- Facilitate the client journey across jewelry, bridal, and timepiece categories — guiding rather than pitching
- Maintain accurate, same-day client records and follow-up in our CRM
- Meet individual and boutique sales targets while upholding the La Maison Monaco brand standard

QUALIFICATIONS

- Strong interpersonal skills, coachable, and professionally presented




- Able to work evenings and weekends
- Bilingual (French/English) is a robust asset

WHAT WE OFFER

- Base salary plus commission on jewelry sales and brand-specific incentives

Rémunération : 20,00$ à 30,00$ par heure
