Concession Stand Team Members are responsible for delivering fast, friendly, and high-quality food and beverage service to guests during events at Rogers Arena and BC Place. This role is customer-facing and fast-paced, requiring teamwork, attention to detail, and a positive attitude to help create an outstanding fan experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and process electronic payments
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of concession stands, including food prep areas, counters, and storage
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Restock inventory and supplies as needed during events
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient service
- Handle customer questions or concerns in a courteous and solution-oriented manner

Qualifications & Skills

- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Previous customer service or food service experience is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills




- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs (as required)
