Moxies is looking for an experienced leader to train for a General Manager role. You will learn the Moxies business, develop your team, deliver outstanding guest experiences, and drive strong restaurant results.
What You’ll Do
- Lead with energy, care, respect, and integrity
- Coach managers and develop future leaders
- Deliver strong food, beverage, service, and cleanliness standards
- Stay present on the floor and connect with guests and team members
- Manage sales, labour, variable costs, and financial performance
- Maintain the restaurant and address repair needs
- Build a positive, accountable workplace
- Fight for the business, the team, and our guests
What You Bring
- Two or more years of senior restaurant leadership experience
- A passion for hospitality and developing people
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Financial discipline and a results-focused approach
- A positive, hands-on leadership style
- Fair, firm, and calm decision-making
- A little grit and a strong sense of ownership
Compensation
- $78,000 to $82,000 annual compensation package including base salary and Tips
- 3 weeks vacation
- Once positioned in your home store you will be part of the GM/Chef Bonus plan
