- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations with homeowners and business owners to promote window cleaning services

- Negotiate service packages and pricing to close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to follow up with prospects and nurture leads generated during door-to-door outreach
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools
- Develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach, referrals, and community engagement





Requirements

- Proven experience in B2B (business-to-business) or B2C (business-to-consumer) sales, especially in technology or service sectors
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently and professionally
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus for reaching diverse communities
- Familiarity with inside sales techniques, telemarketing, and customer service best practices
- Knowledge of marketing principles and experience leveraging social media or digital tools for outreach
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar systems
- Technical sales experience is advantageous, particularly related to service industries or technology solutions
