Crystal Services provides specialized hoisting, rigging, moving and demolition services in Calgary and surrounding areas. We are located in the hamlet of Indus, approximately 10 minutes east of the Calgary city limits on HWY 22X.

We are looking for an individual to assist our Yard General Foreman in overseeing daily yard operations. The starting rate for his position is $25- $27 per hour, working a 40-hour compressed work week Monday to Thursday.

Duties would include:

Picking up supplies and materials locally as needed.

Maintaining inventory of shop consumables.

Assist with offloading, receiving and reloading customer equipment and goods.

Assist with coordinating tool and equipment repairs and replacements.

Assist with overseeing scrap sorting and processing in our yard.

Ensuring Company vehicles and equipment are kept clean.

Assist with scheduling and oversight of trades during construction of our new warehouse.





Assist with setting goals and completion dates for various projects and yard tasks.

We are looking for someone with:
Good communication, time management and organizational skills.

Able to work on their own with little supervision, and able to work as part of a team.

Have a current Drivers License and are able to provide a drivers abstract.

Have previous experience, and current certification to operate forklifts and telehandlers.

Have previous experience operating various powered hand tools and equipment.
