Mayfield Village RMT is looking for a reliable, organized, and client-focused Massage Therapy Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of a busy massage therapy practice.

This is a hands-on role working directly alongside the practitioner and supporting clients throughout their visit. The ideal candidate is professional, comfortable working in a healthcare environment, and takes pride in keeping the practice organized and running smoothly.

There is an opportunity for the right person to take on additional responsibilities and hours as the practice grows.

Responsibilities

Prepare and set up treatment rooms before client appointments

Clean and reset treatment rooms between appointments

Manage laundry and linens

Greet and check in clients

Assist clients with intake forms and paperwork

Assist with client intake and basic information gathering

Answer incoming phone calls and text messages

Book, confirm, and reschedule appointments

Assist during treatments with basic tasks such as setting up and managing heating pads

Restock treatment and clinic supplies

Help maintain an organized, clean, and professional clinical environment

Provide a welcoming and professional client experience

Support the practitioner with general day-to-day practice operations





Qualifications

Customer service experience required

Healthcare experience or education is an asset

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Professional, friendly, and comfortable interacting with clients

Highly organized and able to multitask

Reliable and punctual

Comfortable working independently and taking initiative

Strong attention to cleanliness and organization

Comfortable using a phone, computer, and basic scheduling systems

Previous experience in a healthcare, wellness, clinic, spa, or similar environment is an asset
