Duties

- Safely operate a licensed taxi vehicle, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Pick up and drop off passengers at designated locations, ensuring timely arrivals
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with luggage, answering questions, and maintaining a friendly attitude
- Manage cash transactions accurately and handle fare payments efficiently
- Plan optimal routes using GPS technology to maximize efficiency and reduce wait times
- Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the vehicle to ensure safety and comfort
- Keep detailed records of trips, fares,



and any incidents that occur during shifts

Experience

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Proven experience in driving, preferably in commercial or taxi services
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Excellent time management skills to meet scheduling demands and optimize routes
- Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly and accurately
- Knowledge of local streets, landmarks, and traffic patterns is highly desirable
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
