Job Summary

Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient distribution operations. Regina Fasteners & Tools is a locally owned fastener and tool supplier serving construction, manufacturing, agriculture, and maintenance industries for over 30 years. Our team takes pride in providing knowledgeable service, quality products, and fast solutions for our customers. This position involves handling a variety of tasks such as order picking, packing, loading and unloading shipments, and managing inventory.

We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associate who takes pride in organization, and wants to be part of a growing local company.

Responsibilities

- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately.
- Receive, inspect, and put away incoming inventory.
- Organize warehouse shelves and maintain inventory locations.
- Load and unload delivery trucks.




- Assist with cycle counts and inventory management.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (training provided if required).
- Assist the front counter and sales team as needed.
- Ensure orders are completed efficiently and accurately.

Skills

- Experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts and other warehouse machinery
- Robust warehouse distribution background with familiarity in shipping & receiving procedures
- Construction or manufacturing experience is a plus for understanding certain products
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory accuracy and order fulfillment

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
