We are seeking a visionary and collaborative Solution Architect (Java) to lead the design and implementation of our next-generation Wealth Management Solution. In this role, you will define the technical strategy and architectural vision across multiple Agile Scrum teams, developing hands-on Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) to validate your designs. Operating at the intersection of business strategy and cutting-edge technology, you will align cloud-native Azure solutions with enterprise standards, mentoring development teams and influencing technical direction across the organization.

Responsibilities

- Architectural Design & PoCs: Design robust, cloud-native Wealth Management Solutions using Java, React JS, and MS Azure, building targeted Proof-of-Concept projects to validate new architectures
- Technical Strategy & Leadership: Provide high-level technical direction and architectural guidance across multiple Scrum teams, influencing strategic decisions beyond your immediate team
- Enterprise & Stakeholder Alignment: Partner with business stakeholders to translate capabilities into technical solutions, and collaborate with Technical Architects to ensure alignment with Enterprise Architecture
- Team Mentorship: Support, mentor, and educate engineering teams on architectural best practices, planning, scoping, and continuous delivery to production
- Planning & Risk Assessment: Work alongside project managers to establish clear timelines for solutions while proactively assessing and mitigating technical risks
- DevOps Collaboration: Coordinate with DevOps Engineers to define CI/CD pipeline structures and ensure smooth, automated cloud deployments on MS Azure

Requirements

- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field,



with 5+ years of experience in a relevant technical role
- Core Technical Stack: Strong architectural experience with Java, Spring, ReactJS, and Cloud-Native Azure Solutions
- API-Driven Design: Deep, hands-on experience designing and implementing SOAP and REST web services using an API-driven approach
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to explain complex technical and architectural topics in an easily digestible manner
- Domain Expertise (Huge Plus): Prior experience in the Wealth Management sector is highly preferred; experience with Mobile Native is desirable but not mandatory
- Innovation & Autonomy: A proven history of generating innovative solutions, with the ability to work independently and guide cross-functional teams
