Financial Structure

There are two components to the prospect:

The successful candidate will purchase the pharmacy business/opportunity.

2. Monthly licence and overhead
Following acquisition, the operator will enter into a monthly licence agreement for the pharmacy space plus applicable agreed overhead expenses.

The underlying medical-centre real estate is not for sale.

Specific acquisition price, monthly licence fee, overhead and transaction terms will be discussed confidentially with qualified candidates.

We are seeking an experienced and financially qualified pharmacy owner/operator.

Strong candidates include:

- Pharmacist entrepreneurs with substantial community pharmacy experience

Candidates should have demonstrated experience with pharmacy operations, staffing, inventory, profitability and prescription growth, along with the financial capacity to acquire and properly capitalize the business.

Financial Requirements

The buyer must have sufficient capital to:

- Complete the acquisition
- Fund inventory and working capital
- Staff and operate the pharmacy
- Invest in business development and prescription growth

Timing

The goal is to complete the transition by early to mid September 2026, in time for busy Q4 of 2026.

Qualified candidates must be prepared to move quickly through due diligence, transaction documentation, regulatory requirements and operational transition.
