Join our team as a Sales Representative and help local businesses grow online! In this role, you'll drive business growth by reaching out to local businesses, building relationships, and closing website and digital service sales. Duties

- Prospect and generate new business opportunities by messaging local businesses (DMs, email, and/or cold calls) in targeted industries
- Present our website, AI automation, and digital marketing services clearly and persuasively to potential clients
- Follow up consistently with leads to move conversations toward a close
- Negotiate and close sales that align with client needs and our service offerings
- Manage client conversations professionally to ensure a smooth handoff once a sale is closed
- Track leads, follow-ups, and closed deals accurately and consistently
- Identify patterns in what messaging/approaches convert best and share feedback to improve outreach scripts

Skills

- Experience in sales, outreach,



appointment setting, or cold calling/DMing preferred
- Strong written communication skills — comfortable writing and adapting outreach messages
- Confident negotiator, able to close deals professionally without being pushy
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a versatile, results-driven environment
- Comfortable with consistent daily outreach volume and follow-up
- Organized — able to track leads and conversations without things falling through the cracks
- Experience with small/local businesses (contractors, barbers, landscapers, etc.) is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus for reaching a wider range of clients

Compensation

This role offers strong earning potential through a commission structure — reps typically earn 15-25% on closed sales, with income scaling based on performance. Motivated, consistent closers can significantly exceed the pay range listed above.
