Our full-day child care centre in Caledonia is seeking a dedicated and caring Early Childhood Educator (ECE) to join our team. We are looking for someone who is either a Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) or has relevant experience working with young children in a similar capacity.

Hours: 25 hours a week with extra hours available but not guaranteed

Wage: $21.10 to $26.00 depending on qualifications

About the Role:

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that supports children's emotional and physical wellbeing. This position involves working closely with children, families, and other educators, so strong communication skills are essential.

- Support children's development through age-appropriate activities and guidance
- Communicate effectively with families and team members




- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children in your care

Qualifications:

- Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) or relevant experience working with children
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passionate about early childhood education and development
- Must be 18 years or older

Additional Requirements:

- Valid First Aid & CPR-C certification
- Clear Vulnerable Sector Check
