Blueline Contracting is seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter to join our Tyax Lodge team.

We build high performance custom homes in the Sea to Sky and are completing several renovation projects at Tyax Lodge, a high end heli ski lodge near Gold Bridge, BC. We are looking to add an experienced and detail oriented lead carpenter to our tight knit team.
The ideal candidate comes from a history of working on high end custom projects and brings extensive experience, a passion for the craft and attention to detail to the team.

CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Min 10 years as a carpenter
- Min 10 years working on custom residential
- Previous experience as a lead carpenter on complex, custom single family projects
- Forming, Framing, Cladding and Finishing experience is critical - you should be very experienced in these areas
- Ability to read plans and execute with accuracy

This is a remote location job, 1.5 hours from Lillooet and 1.5 hours from Penberton over the Hurley FSR

START DATE:

August 31, 2026

JOB TYPE:

Full time to Dec 20, 2026 minimum

SHIFT SCHEDULE:

Negotiable - 2 week in, 1 week out or other agreeable remote site shift

WAGE:

$60-65 per hour and up

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60.00-$65.00 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required
