Dive Into Flowers is seeking experienced Junior Florists and Freelance Florists to join our floral team in North York.

Schedule: Flexible shifts
Work Location: In person

Qualifications & Responsibilities

- Minimum 2 years of floral industry experience
- Strong hand-tied bouquet and spiral technique skills
- Ability to create floral arrangements efficiently while maintaining consistent, high-quality standards
- Fast, neat, organized, and detail-oriented
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and qualified approach
- Strong phone communication skills and ability to handle customer calls professionally
- Reliable and punctual
- Maintain a clean, polished,



and organized workspace
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry floral supplies, flower buckets, boxes, and other materials as required
