Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Infant and Toddler Educator to join our team, committed to fostering a positive learning workplace for children. Responsibilities

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans tailored to individual student needs
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
- Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development through engaging activities
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and team members to ensure each child's success
- Observe and assess student progress, providing feedback and adapting teaching strategies accordingly
- Assist with daily caregiving routines such as feeding, toileting, and personal hygiene as needed
- Maintain accurate records of student activities and developmental milestones




- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and educational standards

Requirements

- Prior classroom experience working with children or in early childhood education preferred
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to adapt to diverse learning styles
- Compassionate caregiver with excellent communication skills
- Ability to create engaging and supportive learning environments
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with children
- Relevant certifications or training in early childhood education or caregiving are advantageous

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00-$33.00 per hour
