Located minutes from Blue Mountain and Ontario's premier ski clubs, Corbetts North is growing, and we're looking for experienced Boot Fitters who are passionate about skiing, customer service, and creating unforgettable experiences.

The Role

Every great day on the mountain starts with the right boot.

As a Ski Boot Fitter, you'll provide a premium, consultation-based experience by helping customers find the perfect fit for comfort, performance, and confidence. You'll work with everyone from first-time skiers to experienced racers, delivering personalized solutions that keep customers coming back year after year.

What You'll Do

- Perform professional ski boot fittings, heat molding, shell modifications, and custom footbed installations.
- Assess foot shape, biomechanics, stance, and performance goals.
- Recommend boots, skis, bindings, and accessories tailored to each customer.
- Educate customers on fit,



performance, and equipment care.
- Maintain expert product knowledge through ongoing training.
- Support merchandising, inventory, and overall store operations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service from start to finish.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 2 years of boot fitting experience.
- Strong knowledge of ski equipment and fitting techniques.
- Passion for skiing and helping customers enjoy the sport.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Boot fitting certifications are considered an asset.
