- Develop tailored rehabilitation plans that align with patients’ goals and medical advice.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to promote healing and mobility.
- Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary for optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, self-care strategies, and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including doctors, nurses,



and specialists to ensure cohesive patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, progress notes, and patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Skills

- Proven hospital experience with a strong understanding of acute care environments.
- Experience working with pediatric populations in pediatric or general healthcare settings.
- Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach to diverse patient needs.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy and healthcare documentation.
- Ability to work efficiently within multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced settings.
- Exceptional communication skills for effective patient education and team collaboration.
