Mrs. CleanMol – Barrie

Mrs. CleanMol is a trusted residential and commercial cleaning company. We are expanding our team and looking for reliable, experienced cleaners to join us on a part-time or on-call subcontractor basis. This role is ideal for someone who wants flexible hours while working with a professional, organized company.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking professional cleaners who:

- Have experience in residential and/or commercial cleaning (1+ year preferred).
- Are reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to high-quality work.
- Communicate well and maintain a professional attitude.
- Are comfortable using mobile apps (we use Jobber for scheduling and tasks).
- Can travel to jobs (40 min - 1 hour from Barrie).
- Are able to work independently and follow checklists.

Responsibilities

- Perform high-standard cleaning for residential and commercial clients.
- Follow company procedures and cleaning checklists.
- Communicate with the office through the Jobber app.
- Arrive on time, prepared, and professional.
- Upload photos when required and report job completion.

Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of professional cleaning experience (preferred).




- Valid work authorization in Canada.
- Reliable transportation.
- Smartphone with data (required for Jobber app).
- Ability to lift/move cleaning supplies.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Background check required before onboarding.

Availability

- Part-time
- On-call / As needed
- Hours vary based on scheduling, with potential for regular ongoing work
