Modern Massage is looking for a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our growing wellness studio in beautiful Sidney, BC.

We are a welcoming, established massage and wellness studio with a loyal client base and a calm, thoughtfully designed environment. We’re looking for an RMT who would like to build or expand their practice without having to manage all of the day-to-day work of running a clinic.

The Opportunity

We are flexible and open to finding an arrangement that works well for the right practitioner, including room rental or a percentage/contractor arrangement.

There is an existing client base and demand for RMT services, making this a great opportunity for an established RMT or someone looking to grow their practice in the Sidney area.

- Current registration and positive standing as an RMT in British Columbia
- Professional liability insurance
- Warm, professional and client-focused approach
- Reliable and comfortable working independently
- Strong communication skills
- Interest in developing long-term relationships with clients

We’re particularly interested in finding someone who wants to become a long-term part of Modern Massage and establish a strong practice in Sidney.

Schedule

Versatile. Part-time or full-time availability can be considered, and we’re happy to discuss a schedule that works for both the practitioner and the studio.

Compensation

Compensation is flexible depending on the arrangement and experience. Room rental and contractor/percentage-based options are available.
