Advance Exteriors is looking for an organized, responsive, motivated and customer-focused Project Manager to join our growing team.

A large portion of our projects comes from insurance-related work, so experience working with insurance companies, adjusters and restoration claims is a strong asset. This position also includes a sales component.

The ideal candidate understands construction, communicates professionally and can manage projects from the initial customer meeting through final completion. You will coordinate customers, insurance representatives, and installation crews while keeping projects organized, on schedule and moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage exterior construction and insurance-related projects from start to finish
- Communicate with homeowners, insurance adjusters and other project stakeholders
- Review project scopes, estimates, measurements and insurance documentation
- Identify differences between insurance scopes and the work required to complete projects properly
- Prepare and submit project documentation, estimates and supporting information when required
- Monitor project schedules, budgets and progress
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers throughout each project
- Maintain accurate project records, notes and documentation
- Recommend suitable products and prepare estimates and proposals
- Follow up with leads and guide customers through the sales process
- Represent Advance Exteriors with professionalism, honesty and a customer-first attitude

Ideal Qualifications





- Previous construction project management or coordination experience
- Experience working with insurance companies, adjusters or restoration claims is a strong asset
- Knowledge of insurance estimating or claims software is an asset
- Sales experience, particularly with windows and doors, roofing is preferred
- Knowledge of exterior construction products and installation practices is an asset
- Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities
- Comfortable reading measurements, estimates and project specifications
- Confident communicating with customers and presenting product options
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Self-motivated, dependable and results-oriented
- Valid driver’s licence
- Comfortable using email, scheduling tools and project-management software
