We are seeking a full time MOA in our Nephrology office (Diamond Health Care Centre). The individual must be well-organized, eager to learn, have the ability to prioritize and multi-task and have a keen eye for detail. The individual must work well with others as well as on their own. The individual needs to have strong computer skills as our office uses an electronic medical record system (Accuro) and most office processes are computerized. Strong interpersonal skills and good English language skills (both written and oral) are also needed in dealing with the public. Prior MOA office experience and Accuro knowledge is an asset for this position. The job includes handling the phone lines, reception, scheduling on computer (patient and physicians), clinical activities, and some clinic billing.
Hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. Salary to commensurate with experience.
