We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Helper to support our culinary team in delivering high-quality food service. The ideal candidate will assist with meal preparation, food handling, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the food industry and develop foundational skills in food safety and kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

- Assist with food preparation and meal assembly according to established recipes and standards
- Support cooking activities under supervision, ensuring timely service
- Handle food safely, following proper hygiene and sanitation protocols
- Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Assist with serving food to customers or staff as needed
- Restock supplies and ingredients to ensure smooth kitchen operations




- Follow all food safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment
- Dishwashing / Pan / Post Cleaning
- Mopping/ Brooming / Surface Cleaning

Requirements

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required
- Basic cooking skills and familiarity with food preparation techniques
- Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting
- Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards
- Willingness to learn new skills and work as part of a team
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or moving supplies
- Must Food Handler Certificate

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
